Our disinfection spray is EPA registered for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19. It kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.

Does the resident or homeowner have to be home for the scheduled cleaning time?
No, we understand that moving presents many challenges and you can’t always be present for a premove-in or move out cleaning. For your convenience, we can perform cleanings whether you are present or not.
Are all your cleaning products environmentally friendly and without harsh chemicals (a.k.a. pet safe, kid-safe, etc.) or is that an upgrade?
Our green cleaning products are an upgrade. While the standard cleaning products we use are not particularly harsh, many are similar to Fabuloso or something comparable you might find at the store.
Do you bring all your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we use all our own cleaning supplies. You can choose from our standard or green cleaning products. If you prefer, we can also use your cleaning products.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my move in or move out cleaning?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, as stated in our appointment confirmations. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, there will be a $40 cancellation fee.
Do you always send “teams,” or could it be a single person cleaning?
We always send teams. For the safety of our staff, they are never sent to a property alone to clean. There are always two to three people per team.
Are your cleaning crews background checked?
Yes, we background check all our employees for the safety of our customers and staff.
